In Pursuit of Happiness

Pursuing happiness is often a recipe for depression, disappointment or sadness. To chase anything requires and undetermined amount of energy to be consumed. Even worse, if you ever catch what you’re pursuing and it turns out not to be all you imagined it becomes more problematic. So instead focus on recognizing that real part of you that desires nothing because it’s infinite and full. Then just observe how “the game” comes to you…
