The “Monday Morning Blues” is merely a mental mindset. Never fear Monday. It’s another opportunity for you to bring light and compassion into the world. Wake up and supercharge your Monday and your mind will prevail. This is how my Monday started: 1 hour of kata practice (pre-arranged martial arts movement sequences) followed by 30 minutes of meditation…on an empty stomach.

Truth Does Not Have To Hurt

It’s often said “that the Truth hurts.” I don’t agree with that. Rather, pain and suffering attach when you refuse to see what’s already here. Please know that the mind that consciously chooses to see “what is” experiences far less pain than the mind that consciously clings to “the what I desire to see.”
